NONGPOH: Police arrested two persons identified as Donboklang Iawphniaw (17) and Robert Nongrum (21) for attempting to burn the former’s house following a quarrel with his family at Umsaw Nongkarai under Nongpoh police station at 10.15pm on Wednesday.
Iawphniaw and his friend were in an inebriated condition. However, the attempt was foiled after police reached spot folowing complaints from the family and arrested them.
