On the night of December 26, unknown miscreants broke into the shop of Rahul Jarahsaria at Mawkhar, Shillong and stole cell phones.
On December 25 around 1:30 am, one Landing Lyngkhoi (30) raped a woman (27) in her residence at Nongspung village (WKH). Police arrested the accused.
