BSF personnel succumbs to heart attack

SHILLONG: A BSF personnel, Radheshyam Singh (46) died of cardiac arrest while he was planning to go home for leave during winter from Mawpat.
As per a police report, on January 2 at around 5:30 am, the BSF personnel of 73 Bn BSF, Radheshyam Singh was found lying at BSF Campus, Mawpat. He was taken to NEIGRIHMS, Mawdiangdiang where the Medical Officer on duty declared him brought dead.
According to BSF sources, the incident took place after the BSF Jawan, who was on leave missed the bus, and was trying to get a taxi to reach Guwahati.
The BSF man who was carrying a suitcase fainted and he was rushed to NEIGRIHMS where it was declared that he died due to cardiac arrest.
