JOWAI: WJH police arrested one person identified as Sniawlangmiki Lapasam of Mowkaiaw village for his allegedly involvement in a murder case at a place called ‘Iongnoh’ near Mowkaiaw village in West Jaintia HIlls District.
Police informed that, the arrested murdered one labourer identified as Md. Mandal Sheik on February 7. Police said that the accused has admitted to have committed the crime and now he is remanded to judicial custody.
