Theft

On February 21, unknown miscreants stole one car tape valued around Rs.5000 from the vehicle of one Suthmarson R Marak at Laitumkhrah, Shillong.

Assault

Riwan B Hinge lodged a complaint at Jowai PS that on February 22 at about 10 pm, one Dayo Sungoh and his accomplice demanded money from him at Nangbah village in West Jaintia Hills and on his refusal, they assaulted him.

Arson

Dr. (Mrs.) MA Sangma lodged a complaint at Tura PS that on February 22 at about 2.45 am, unknown miscreants burnt clothes and linens belonging to Tura Civil Hospital, which were kept at the staircase of the hospital’s Surgical Ward.

Threat

Salin Kharshiing lodged a complaint at Rynjah PS that on February 14, her husband David Thongnibah abused and threatened her with dire consequences at Lumiablot, Nongthymmai, Shillong.
