SHILLONG: Police on Friday arrested one Tata Sumo driver for allegedly raping a fifteen-year-old girl after kidnapping her.
Police said that the driver of the Tata Sumo (ML-06-6660) Accquilian Thongni (27) kidnapped one fifteen-year-old girl from Ktiehthawiar village (WKH) to Rwiang (WKH), where he raped her on February 23 evening.
