SHILLONG: Ri Bhoi Police arrested one Dalphrin Marsharing (27) for allegedly abducting a woman and raping her on March 6.
According to police, the incident happened when the accused kidnapped a woman (27) in his vehicle from Pyllun village in Ri Bhoi and took her to Paham Umdoh village near Byrnihat, where he allegedly raped her.
