SHILLONG: Police have arrested one Sajal Langstieh for allegedly assaulting a constable from the unarmed branch.
Incident took place on Friday night at around 8-15pm when the constable DK Shullai found a vehicle (ML-05D-2161) parked on the middle of the road near Regatta Store, Laitumkhrah.
When the constable asked the driver of vehicle — Sajal Langstieh– to remove it the latter picked up a quarrel and assaulted the cop. Langstieh was arrested immediately.
