Birth Anniversary
The Meghalaya Buddhist Tamang Association will celebrate the 2558th Birth Anniversary of Lord Buddha. A joint blood donation camp will be organized at Cantonment Ex-Serviceman Resettlement Association premises at Jhalupara on May 11.

Inauguration
Lady Keane College, Shillong will inaugurate the Keanean Guest House at Mawphlang under the Micro Tourism project on May 13 at 11 am. Chief Minister Mukul Sangma will be the chief guest on the occasion.
Postponement
The Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority has informed the candidates that due to unavoidable circumstances, the written examination for the post of peon and process server in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre under the office of the Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority has been postponed and will now be held on May 31 at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Lumdiengjri, Shillong near Synod College.
