TURA: The A’chik National Liberation Army (ANLA) has denied having served any demand note to St. Clariet School in Ampati.

Talking over phone to The Shillong Times, ANLA leader, Dilseng A’chik, claimed it was the work of other groups since the outfit was yet to deploy their cadres in Ampati region. Catholic institutions in Garo Hills will remain closed on Tuesday in protest against the extortion notice.
