SHILLONG: Police have arrested the former president of Hynniewtrep Achik National Movement (HANM) , East Khasi Hills Storgy Lyngdoh in connection with a recent robbery case at Shillong Service Station, 3rd Mile. It was on April 17 at around 8:45 pm, two unknown masked miscreants looted cash amounting to Rs 1,05,700 at gun point from Upper Shillong Service Station, 3rd Mile.
