SHILLONG: National People Party (NPP) has dared Chief Minister Mukul Sangma to initiate a CBI or an NIA inquiry into alleged politician-militant nexus if he is really concerned about this issue. NPP State president Dr W R Kharlukhi made this demand in press statement on Thursday.
