Kohima: Nagaland Governor Ashwani Kumar on Wednesday put in his papers, according to sources.
Kumar has become the third Governor to cooperate with the government by delivering his resignation. A former chief of the CBI, Kumar was appointed governor of Nagaland in March last year.
