SHILLONG: Meghalaya has been abuzz with rumours of imposition of President’s Rule in State and the Centre ordering army operations in Garo Hills.

The matter originated in a joke posted on the site bbc.com.sundaytimesdaily.com which was taken seriously by those who viewed it.
