St. Anthony’s college to launch new batch of courses

SHILLONG: The Department of Computer Science, St. Anthony’s College is set to launch a fresh batch of computer courses such as Cisco Certified Network Associate, a top rated network course conducted and certified by CISCO and the Oracle Certified Associate, which is considered the best industry certification in database administration and management.

Students who complete either of the two courses receive Global Certifications which provide them with an edge in the job market. The two courses are set to commence in the first week of August this year.

The college currently is also the Pearson VUE Test Centre for various industrial examinations.

To further enhance the employability quotient of the young people of the state, the College has also launched several forty-five hours certified courses in proficiency in languages such as French, Chinese, Hindi, English, German, Italian and Spanish.

These courses are also set to be launched in the first week of August.
