40-yr-old abducted, sodomised

Ghaziabad: A 40-year-old man was on Sunday allegedly abducted and sodomised by two persons in Sihani Gate area here, police said. Deputy Superintendent of Police Ranvijay Singh said the victim, a resident of village Ataour, was abducted from his native village to a deserted area near a temple by Titoo and Vishram.

After tying both his hands and legs, they sodomised him, the DySP said, adding, the victim was referred to government hospital for medical examination, which confirmed the commission of unnatural offence. A case under Section 377 (unnatural offence) of IPC has been registered against them, Singh said, adding, Titoo has been arrested. (PTI)
