One third of Brits believe Lady Gaga is an alien

More than two thirds of people in the UK believe aliens are out there and almost a third believe American pop star Lady Gaga is one of them. In a survey of 2,000 people, around 68 per cent believe aliens do exist and 31 per cent of Brits picked out pop star Lady Gaga as the most likely big name to be from space, reported Daily Star.
Hollywood star Tom Cruise, who is big into scientology, is the second most likely to be an extra-terrestrial with 16 per cent of Brits believing he is hiding something. Other celebs that made up the potential alien list included Boris Johnson, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and Simon Cowell. The survey comes as TV channel Syfy marks the beginning of season 2 of hit show ‘Defiance’. (PTI)

Fans accuse Beyonce of photoshopping bikini photo

Superstar Beyonce has been accused of photoshopping her thighs once again in the singer’s latest batch of holiday photos. The pictures, taken on a private yacht, show the power couple looking happy and relaxed as they enjoyed some much needed R&R to celebrate her 33rd birthday earlier this month, reported E! online.
All the snaps look a lot glossier than the standard camera phone photos, but one picture has been picked out by fans for looking particularly altered. The shot in question sees a beaming bikini-clad Beyonce walking down a set of stairs on the yacht, but on closer inspection the stairs just around her thighs appear distorted. Eagle-eyed fans quickly took to social media to call out the stunning star, who posted them on her official Tumblr account this week, with one saying, “Questionable thigh gap there, Bey.” Another said, “Notice the photoshop error with the stairs between her legs!” “Why would Beyonce Photoshop herself… #WhyWhyWhy.” (PTI)

Amal’s parents footing the bill for her wedding to Clooney

Amal Alamuddin’s “old fashioned” parents are reportedly paying most of the costs for her upcoming nuptials to Hollywood star George Clooney in Venice, Italy. Clooney, 53 and Amal are currently putting the final touches on their upcoming wedding which is said to be held on September 27, reported Us magazine.
“It is crazy enough, her family is paying for most of it… It’s all very classy,” the source said, adding that Amal’s sister Tala will be her maid of honor while Clooney’s friend, Rande Gerber, will be his best man. The ‘Gravity’ actor has only invited 60 guests to his wedding. “He wanted just 60 genuine friends and family,” the source said. Clooney’s ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ co-star Matt Damon and his wife Luciana as well as Rande and his wife Cindy Crawford are also being invited. Opera singer Andrea Bocelli will reportedly perform at the nuptials. Clooney, who proposed to Amal back in April, declared his love to her during his acceptance speech at Celebrity Fight Night earlier this month. (PTI)
