Williamnagar NGOs visit flood-hit areas, meet victims

TURA: The Garo Students’ Union (GSU) along with other NGOs of Williamnagar like the AIGU, FAF including ASYFI from Assam visited some of the flood-affected areas and relief camps on Saturday.

The villages visited by the NGOs included those near Damra, Kasikagra in Assam, Bakenang Nalsa, Moamari, Chengalma and others near it.

The visiting NGOs also expressed heartfelt thanks to the people of Williamnagar for their generous contributions towards the flood victims.
