7 arrested in Bhangor clash

WB:Four more persons were arrested in connection with Saturday’s clash between two factions of the Trinamool Congress at Bhangor in South 24-Parganas district, taking the number of persons nabbed to seven, police said today. All seven accused were produced in the SDJM’s court at Baruipur and remanded to five days’ police custody. Two youths were killed in the clash that took place yesterday at Deota village in Bhangor, which is a Trinamool Congress stronghold and the local gram panchayat is also controlled by the party.(PTI
