Angelina Jolie says being married to her long-time beau Brad Pitt feels “different” and “nice”.
Pitt and Jolie were together for nearly nine years before exchanging wedding vows earlier this year.
“It does feel different. It feels nice to be husband and wife,” Jolie said in response to whether anything has changed now that she is officially married to Pitt, reports eonline.com.
Jolie and Pitt tied the knot on Aug 23 in a civil ceremony held inside the chapel on their estate in the South of France, Château Miraval. Very few people attended the nuptials.
Angelina Jolie interested in politics
Angelina Jolie says her humanitarian works has furthered her interest in politics.
The Oscar-winning actress talked about her interest in politics in an interview with Vanity Fair magazine.
“When you work as a humanitarian, you are conscious that politics have to be considered. Because if you really want to make an extreme change, then you have a responsibility,” she said.
Asked about pursuing a career in politics, the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador said: “I am open.”
However, the 38-year-old actress believes her acting career may hinder her aspirations.
“But I honestly don’t know in what role I would be more useful – I am conscious of what I do for a living, and that (could) make it less possible,” she added. (IANS)
