SHILLONG: Jettwings Shillong this year, has a new awakening Corporate training and is now is also spearheading its corporate social responsibility.

The first break of this episode is the Meghalaya Police Soft Skills Training on the November 28-29.

The idea was conceptualized by trainer and senior  Vice President of the group, Anjan Chowdhury. Chowdhury has been training Assam and Mizoram Police for the past few years and this year Meghalaya Police is the biggest event for Jettwings.

Speaking on the concept, Anjan Chowdhury said, “My idea is not to train them on aspects that police officers don’t know. I only wanted to hone the soft skills aspect, that all of us, irrespective of all professions require in all walks of our life. We have always seen a distant proximity with cops with the general public, whereas its only because of them, the world sleeps safe. Then why not make an endeavor to make police public relationship better, and softer.”

Chairman, Sanjay Aditya Singh, sending his congratulatory message to the Meghalaya police team for the workshop said, “We want to build our values and esteem with the world promising trade professionals, and that is police. I whole heartedly welcome all in this workshop and look forward for many of such repeated events, every year’’.
