138 cases disposed of during Lok Adalat in WKH

NONGSTOIN: A total of 138 cases, out of 1266 listed, were disposed of on Saturday by the District and Session Courts in West Khasi Hills District during the second National Lok Adalat.

The National Lok Adalat, organized by the District Legal Services Authorities, West Khasi Hills, and held at Nongstoin Public School, was headed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, B.L. Joshi, in the presence of G. Ranee, District and Session Judge, Nongstoin, Addl. DC, WKH and member of DLSA, P.D. Sangma, Extra Assistance Commissioners, officers, church leaders etc.

Nongstoin MDC L.G. Nongsiej inaugurated the second National Lok Adalat on Saturday.
