SHILLONG: One Kennethson Kharbudnah has been arrested on charges of raping two minor girls on different occasions.
In the first case, one lady lodged a complaint at Rynjah PS that on January 28, the accused had taken a 16-year-old girl in his car (ML-04-0084) from Nongrah, Shillong to Umiam and allegedly raped her there.
In the second complaint the accused was charged with raping another 16-year-old girl at Nongthymmai Nongshiliang, Shillong, on January 26.
