SHILLONG: The relatives of one Francis Sangma, who was seriously injured after being assaulted by miscreants at Ranikor, expressed concern over the delay in the arrest of the culprits.
Sangma, who is under treatment at Shillong Civil Hospital, had identified the four persons who allegedly assaulted him with sticks fracturing the elbow of his left arm at Gillagora village of South West Khasi Hills recently.
However, no arrests have been made in the case so far.
