Army man commits suicide

SHILLONG:  An army personnel, identified as Manab Chandra Haloi (44), committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence at DGAR, Laitkor on Sunday. Police said that he may have committed suicide due to personal reasons but did not rule out foul play at the moment.
