Invitation
The Students’ Bar Association of the Shillong Law College has invited students of the 2011-2014 batches to attend the farewell ceremony scheduled to be held on March 14 at 1:30 pm on the college premises.
Meeting
The Meghalaya State Co-ordination Committee of C.G. Employees & Workers will convene a meeting of Central Govt. employees on March 12 at 3 pm at Aayakar Bhawan, Shillong, to discuss non-availability of medical service at the medical dispensaries of Central Govt. Health Scheme at Shillong.
The general meeting of the MeECL Pensioners’ Association will be held on March 13 at 4.30 pm at the BC House Building, Shillong, to discuss important issues. The Association has urged all the pensioners to attend the said meeting.
NAAC visit
The NAAC Peer Team will visit the College of Teacher Education (PGT), Shillong on March 13 and 14 for assessment and accreditation.
BSF programme
The 19 Bn BSF organized a civic action programme and free medical camp at Sankhat in West Jaintia Hills on Wednesday. N.D. Bahuguna, DIG Sector HQ BSF Jowai inaugurated the function. Over 400 patients were examined and provided with free medicines.
