708 new Anganwadi centres in Meghalaya

SHILLONG: Social Welfare Minister Deborah Marak on Wednesday informed the Assembly that 708 new Anganwadi centres have been sanctioned in the state during the current financial year (2014-2015).
“A total number of 185 new Anganwadi centres have been sanctioned in East Khasi Hills District alone,” she informed.
