SHILLONG: Shillong Traffic Police on Wednesday detected 106 public vehicles including local taxis, tourist vehicles and SPTS mini cabs carrying people beyond the permissible limit.
The STP informed that a total fine of Rs 30, 900 was realized from the vehicles.
