One murdered

SHILLONG: One Shamli Dkhar was allegedly murdered by three persons in a remote village in West Jaintia Hills on October 16. The three accused – Smell Dkhar, Kodrian Sumer and Rit Shylla – murdered him while they were all drinking and have been on the run since then, police said.
