Drunken driver arrested in city

SHILLONG: An inebriated driver was arrested when he dashed against a traffic signboard and footpath at Kachari Point on November 11.
Sabian Marbaniang (22), who was driving a Santro car (ML-06-1842), also abused the police personnel on duty.
