SHILLONG: Two Home Guard personnel have lodged a complaint that one Ritngenlang Kharsohtun took money from them with the promise to provide them jobs in Meghalaya Police. The two gave him Rs. 3,500 and Rs. 1,20,000 respectively even as the accused handed over a fake appointment letter bearing forged signature of Superintendent of Police to one of the complainants.
