SHILLONG: Two persons died on the spot in a road accident at Rangatari junction in South West Garo Hills. The incident happened on December 29 when one auto-rickshaw (ML-08D-8190) driven by Chamclay R. Marak capsized at Rangatari junction. The deceased have been identified as Kutiswar Hajong and Siraz Ali. Police arrested the driver.
