SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Indigenous Youth Federation (MIYF) has lauded the decision of the State Cabinet to amend the Meghalaya Service (Conduct) Rules. The decision to debar government employees from holding posts in traditional institutions will improve the work culture in government offices.
