SHILLONG: In a shocking incident, a pregnant woman was allegedly raped in Ri Bhoi. A person lodged a complaint that in the month of June 2015, one Darwin Nongrum raped his pregnant wife at Kyrdemkulai in Ri Bhoi. It is yet to be known as to what led the person to wait for so long before filing the police complaint.
Police are yet to arrest the accused.
