KHADC CEM expresses discontent over MUDA stalemate

SHILLONG: In the light of the Meghalaya High Court ruling last year for the operation of the Meghalaya Building Bye Laws, 2011 in scheduled and non-scheduled areas, KHADC CEM has expressed discontent with the State Government for failing to react to the High Court ruling.
It may be reminded that earlier, in an order issued by the Division Bench which was headed  by Chief Justice Uma Nath Singh is stayed which gives way for the operation of the MUDA bye-laws.
