SHILLONG: UDP has convened an all-party meeting on January 28 to discuss the January 13 High Court order on headmen giving powers to the state government to frame rules on the functioning of the traditional heads.
The UDP took the initiative to call the all party meeting, to be held at the conference room of the Legislative Assembly Hostel, as par the resolution adopted in the recent meeting between the headmen and the leaders of UDP, informed AF Dkhar, the General Secretary of  the party in a   statement.
