Shillong: In its continued drive against illicit liquor, the Excise staff of East Khasi Hills District in their raids conducted on restaurants and stalls in the town and its outskirts seized 167.800 litres of i/d liquor and 18.960 litres of IMFL. In this connection 37 persons were also arrested under the Excise Act.
