SHILLONG: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has nominated two senior state police officers into IPS cadre. They are East Khasi Hills district police chief M Kharkrang and H. Toi, SP, Anti- Infiltration Directorate , Shillong as IPS officers, an official source said on Monday
