SHILLONG: The Dorbar Shnong Umpling has viewed with serious concern the repeated dumping of garbage by commuters along the PWD Road leading to NEIGRIHMS.
The Dorbar has warned that strict punishment will be meted out by the Dorbar to all those who are in the habit of littering on the road or elsewhere in the locality.
“The Dorbar said it is employing innovative ways and means to detect the culprits to ensure that such acts are not repeated.
