Transformer missing

SHILLONG: A transformer of the MeECL went missing from Umsur village in South West Khasi Hills on Thursday. The headman of Umsur, Nasar Marwein said that the village dorbar has filed an FIR in this regard.
“The transformer was in its place for long but suddenly on February 18  it was found missing,” Marwien said adding that in case, the concerned authority had removed it,  the village authorities should have been informed about it.
