SHILLONG: The BSF troops deployed at Patharghat, East Khasi Hills in a special drive, seized 950 bottles of liquor while being smuggled out to Bangladesh from India. On being challenged, the smugglers managed to flee taking the advantage of darkness and thick vegetation.
