Kropha named president of Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides

SHILLONG: In response to the call of representatives from the office of the Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides under the leadership of the State Secretary, newly appointed Chief Secretary K.S. Kropha has accepted the post of President of the Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides replacing his predecessor P.B.O. Warjri.
A Scouts and Guides team led by Vice President W.R. Marbaniang, Senior Commissioner G.G. Pariat, State Commissioner (Scouts) W. Lyngdoh, State Secretary A. Swer and Special Officer W. Tariang, on Thursday made a courtesy call on the new chief secretary and congratulated him for his new assignment and expressed hope that he would be able to steer the State towards a bright and prosperous future.
Kropha assured his full support to the Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides in all their endeavours.
