SHILLONG: A constable of Assam Rifles (DGAR) posed indecently and used abusive language in Lumiablot, Nongthymmai on Monday.The constable has been identified as Kloseylance Kharwanlang of Assam Rifles (DGAR).
An FIR in this regard has been lodged by Headman of Lumiablot , R.V. Dkhar.
