Road accidents kill three

SHILLONG: Three persons died in three different road accidents in the state in last couple of weeks.
On March 29 at around 1 pm, one Md. Chand Body Khan, handyman of truck (HR-46C-3285) fell down from the truck at Mawryngkneng in East Khasi Hills and died on the spot.
Another accident took place on March 23 when one Tempo driven by Azizur Rehman met with an accident at Telltolla, Panbari in West Garo Hills. In the incident, occupants of the vehicle
sustained injuries and were shifted to a hospital at Hatsingimari, where one of the injured victim succumbed to her injuries.
One more accident took place On March 21, when a truck (ML-08D-7802) driven by Amirul Islam met with an accident at Modhupara in West Garo Hills. In the incident, one Md. Mobarak Hussain died on the spot.
