The Dorbar Shnong Madan Laban and Riat Laban, along with the Seng Kynthei, Seng Samla, and the Madan Sports and Cultural Club, on Friday jointly felicitated resident of Madan Laban, Rose Milian Bathew Kharbuli, on her being conferred the Doctorate of Letters (Honoris Causa) by NEHU recently. Speakers on the occasion lauded Kharbuli’s contribution and achievements in various fields.
