Complaints, molestation charge against fake job provider

SHILLONG: Five people of Upper Rongkhon (West Garo Hills) jointly lodged a complaint that on April 3, one Francis R Marak introduced himself as a Veterinary Officer and took two copies of EPIC and passport size photographs from one of the complainants with a promise to provide piggery subsidy for her.
The woman identified as Jonjalish B Marak of Rongkhon (West Garo Hills) lodged a complaint that on April 1, Marak introduced himself as Veterinary Officer and cheated her of Rs. 18,000 with a promise to provide piggery subsidy for her.
Earlier in 2014, the accused had taken Rs 1,000 from her for the same purpose.  Further, in August 2015, the accused promised to provide another woman with a job in PHE Department and took her to a jungle at Bokmagre in a Maruti car (AS-14A-6453) where he molested her.
