NONGSTOIN: National Panchayati Raj Day was observed on Monday at Marskuin village of West Khasi Hills, which was attended by Nongstoin MLA D. Jyndiang.The programme was organized by the office of the PHE Nongstoin Division in collaboration with Swachh Bharat Mission (SMB), West Khasi Hills, and attended by officers from various departments, school students and local residents.
