SHILLONG: Ri Bhoi woman  Dolyne Kharbhih  has made the state proud by successfully reaching the summit of Mt Everest (8,848m).  She has safely returned to Everest Base Camp. Kharbhih, a resident of  Nongsder village, is the second woman  from Meghalaya to achieve this feat.
