SHILLONG: Wansuk Myrthong, the first woman from Meghalaya to summit Mt. Everest congratulated Dolyne Kharbhih, the third person and only the second woman from the State to achieve the feat.
Myrthong said that Kharbhih has made the entire State proud.
Kharbhih is a resident of Nongsder village in Ri-Bhoi district.
