SHILLONG: South West Khasi Hills Police has arrested a person for allegedly raping a nine-year-old girl in a village.Police said that the accused has been identified as Lamphrang Syiemlieh (21) of Mawranglang village .As per the FIR, the minor was being raped since the last two-three months. The accused has been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
